USCIS New Immigration Parole Fee

by Carolyn Lee PLLC Team
Oct 18, 2025

USCIS is beginning to implement a new immigration parole fee of $1,000 for those being paroled into the United States; however, there are ten (10) major exceptions, one of which is if the parolee is “a lawful applicant for adjustment of status under section 245 of the INA (8 U.S.C. 1255); and is returning to the United States after temporary travel abroad.”

Therefore, for most of our clients traveling under advance parole during the pendency of an adjustment application, this change has no impact. If you have any questions before traveling, please feel free to contact us.
