RIA Alert: New Form I-956F and Form I-956G Published

The Form I-956F, Application for Approval of an Investment in a Commercial Enterprise (formerly known as “exemplar”) is a required filing for regional centers before investors can file their EB-5 petitions.

The Form I-956G, Regional Center Annual Statement, supersedes the prior Form I-924A.
