EB54Good: Permanence and Doing Good for Our Communities Through EB-5

by Carolyn Lee PLLC Team
Nov 26, 2025

On the day before Thanksgiving, and in the spirit of the season, Carolyn Lee hosted a special Investment Immigration Conversations session exploring how the EB-5 program can be a powerful force for good in our U.S. communities.

This month’s session continues the conversation started in September on 2026 EB-5 Advocacy and the need to focus on key priorities, including regional center program reauthorization, fixing the grandfathering provisions, promoting meaningful conversations with USCIS and projects that do good for the US. If you missed this session, you can watch it here. November’s session furthered the discussion on our collective points for EB-5 program sustainability.

If you are interested in joining a community for EB-5 program permanence, we invite you to email us at contact@carolynleepllc.com with “EB54Good” in the subject line.

You are invited to submit your proposals by December 31, 2025, to receive pro bono immigration legal services to prepare your I-956F (excludes filing fees and out-of-pocket costs). Watch the recording below to learn the criteria and email us at contact@carolynleepllc.com. We look forward to your project proposals!
