USCIS has just released an unpublished version of the final EB-5 RIA fee rule, expected to be formally published today, January 31, 2024. Please see below a summary of the new fees:
- Form I-526/I-526E – Immigrant Petition by Regional Center Investor: $11,160.
- Form I-829 – Petition by Investor to Remove Conditions: $9,525.
- Form I-485 – Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status: $1,440.
- Form I-956 – Application for Regional Center Designation: $47,695.
- Form I-956F – Application for Approval of an Investment in a Commercial Enterprise: $47,695.
- Form I-956G – Regional Center Annual Statement: $4,470.
DHS will hold a virtual public engagement session during which USCIS will discuss the changes made in this final rule. The session will be held at 2 pm ET on February 22, 2024.
