EB-5 Alert: Latest EB-5 Visa Projections

It’s the longest wait estimate yet for Chinese nationals, exceeding 16 years. Indian nationals’ wait time also lengthened to over 8 years for cases filing today. That’s the bad news.

The good news: beyond the top 6 usage countries, there is no backlog predicted for EB-5 investors from rest of world (ROW).
