Carolyn Lee PLLC is proud to announce that Principal Carolyn Lee will Co-Chair IIUSA’s Public Policy Committee with Ms. Lulu Gordon of EB5 Capital. Carolyn has served as Legislative Counsel to IIUSA advising the team on the passage of the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 (RIA). She has also served six terms as Chair, Co-Chair, and Vice Chair of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) National EB-5 Committee.

“IIUSA’s Public Policy Committee fulfills an essential role in framing EB-5 policy developments and helping formulate industry responses. In the vastly reshaped post-RIA EB-5 space, the urgency of this work is clear. I look forward to working closely with Lulu, Aaron, and the IIUSA Board and Leadership at this transformational time.”
