Call to EB-5 Regional Centers: Integrity Fees due October 31, 2025; Form I-956G due December 29, 2025

Oct 3, 2025

Between October 1 and October 31 of each year, each designated regional center must pay the annual fee online directly at Pay.gov, a portal managed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. The portal is now open, and the integrity fee can be paid by visiting the dedicated annual fee page here. From there, regional centers will be required to complete a form to pay the fee.

Individuals may pay either with a valid credit or debit card or by debit from a U.S. bank account. Please note, per U.S. Department of the Treasury guidelines, a payment of up to $24,999.99 from one credit card only will be received in one day.

Regional centers are responsible for determining their own respective total number of investors and whether they owe $10,000 or $20,000.  Under the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 (RIA), each regional center must pay $20,000 unless it had 20 or fewer total investors in the preceding fiscal year in its new commercial enterprise. In that case, the annual fee is $10,000.

USCIS has the authority under the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 to terminate the designation of any regional center that does not pay the required fee within 90 days after the date on which such fee is due. Regional Centers should pay the integrity fee by October 31, 2025, to avoid penalties.

Regional centers should retain a copy of the Pay.gov receipt or a notice or statement from the payer’s credit card issuer or financial institution as proof of payment and retain it with their regional center audit records.

The Federal Register notice and the USCIS webpage represent the official notice to designated regional centers of the amount they owe and when it is due. No invoice will be sent.

As the I-956G season starts, we recommend that regional centers close their FY 2025 books and gather their I-956G filing materials. Regional centers may use our checklist as a guide. The link to download is at the bottom of this page.
